Harry the harrier

Posted by 1troy3 on October 31, 2007

Well that got you talking! I shall endeavour to be fed up again.

Just wish I knew the secret of stimulating a healthy discussion. I suppose I dare not return to my nature notes even though I did see a marsh harrier last week – not to be confused with the even rarer and endangered hen harrier which Prince Harry has been blasting out of the sky. (…and Matt can tell you a good story about that worshipful deity, her high and mighty horsiness Zara Phillips).

God how I hate the royals. I wish they’d all piss off.

Haven’t heard from WWT even though I was promised a response yesterday. Anything I say sounds like sour grapes but they are a bit of a shower and I’m not sure I can go to somewhere so unprofessional. Just as well because I expect they’ve found their Sophie and haven’t got the stomach to phone me.

Move on.

Anyone fancy a bash? I would really like something with a bit of live music. I’ll give it some thought but wouldn’t it be grand – something acoustic, folky and a bit of dancing? That’s probably put a few off already. Well let me know what you think. (But please, not the 70s disco – nostalgic but a tad depressing dontcha think).

Righto, the lines are open…

Tuesday Blue – the album wot Matt produced – is due for release of firework night, says the Hereford Times.

Simon le Fort’s debut album of 14 tracks, some based on his early life in Cider City, can now be enjoyed by the fee-paying public.

I have to hand it to the Times for even including three samplers in their write up so take a listen – sgood stuff.

Matt’s press release to me said simply: “Bloggledebook him Danno!” Who could resist?
Here’s the link – enjoy.

Just wondering if there’s a launch party for hangers’ on – finger buffet, organic sausages, elderflower presse, lashings of piping hot tea etc? I think we should be told.
